Marinated Barbecue Steaks Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 rib eye or cube steaks
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rum
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
How to Make Marinated Barbecue Steaks:
- Blend all the marinade ingredients in a shallow dish. Add the steaks, turning them to coat them well.
- Leave to marinate for two to three hours. Barbecue the steaks over hot coals, basting frequently, until they are ready.
