I simply adore this papaya and Avocado salad recipe. Avocado and papaya has this wonderful creamy texture, that’s not too sweet but not at all bitter. This salad can be eaten as a light snack or used as a side salad to your favorite dishes. The colors are beautiful and the flavors are simple; that’s what makes this recipe great. It’s definitely in my top 5 favorite salads of all time. Go ahead give it a try, and tell us what you think in the comments or visit of Caribbean Recipes Facebook page.
