Ingredients:
- 2 lbs cooked dasheen
- 1/4 lb grated cheese
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 onions, sliced
- 5 slices of bacon
- 1 egg
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method
Put one layer of sliced dasheen in a greased baking pan.
Add some chop bacon, slices of onion, and cheese.
Repeat process until there is a final layer of dasheen.
Mix egg, pepper, salt and nutmeg.
Pour mixture over dasheen
Sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
