Turkey Breast with Rum Curry Glaze Recipe Ingredients:
- 1-3/4 turkey breast rolled and boned
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp curry power
- 1 tsp mustard (prepared)
- 2 tbsp rum
Glaze:
How to Make Turkey Breast with Rum Curry Glaze:
Preheat the oven to 350F
- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper. Tie it with string, if necessary, into a neat roll. Bake for 1 hour. Meanwhile, mix together the glaze ingredients in a heavy saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400F. Brush the turkey with the glaze and bake for a further 30-40 minutes or until the turkey is brown, crisp and cooked through.
