Turkey Breast with Rum Curry Glaze Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1-3/4 turkey breast rolled and boned
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp curry power
  • 1 tsp mustard (prepared)
  • 2 tbsp rum

How to Make Turkey Breast with Rum Curry Glaze:
Preheat the oven to 350F

  1. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper. Tie it with string, if necessary, into a neat roll. Bake for 1 hour. Meanwhile, mix together the glaze ingredients in a heavy saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Increase the oven temperature to 400F. Brush the turkey with the glaze and bake for a further 30-40 minutes or until the turkey is brown, crisp and cooked through.

Serves 8-10
