Oyster Cocktail Recipe Ingredients:
- 12 fresh oysters
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon grated onion
- ½ teaspoon minced sweet peppers
How to make Oyster Cocktail: |
Wash oysters in cold water to which 1 teaspoon lemon juice has been added. Drain well for a few minutes. Then in a bowl combine ketchup, pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, grated onion and sweet peppers. Add oysters and allow to marinate for a few minutes before serving.
