Lamb and Green Bean Stew
Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs green beans
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 lbs. lamb (cut 1″)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make Lamb and Green Bean Stew

Wash and cut beans. Melt butter in pan and fry onion, and garlic gently. Add lamb and brown on all sides. Then add tomato, salt, pepper and green beans. Cover with warm water half way and allow to simmer for 1(1/2) hours until lamb is tender and gravy has thickened.
