Liver with Brandy Recipe Ingredients:
- Â½ lbs. calf liver
- 8 ozs. Mushrooms
- 2 ozs. Butter
- 8 ozs. Rice
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt, pepper
|Instructions on how to cook Liver with Brandy :|
Cook the rice and keep warm. Melt 1/2 oz. butter and saute quartered tomatoes gently. Add sliced mushrooms. Set aside. Using rest of butter, fry thin liver slices after sprinkling with salt, pepper and garlic. Place liver on top of rice, pour warmed brandy over liver and serve immediately. Garnish with tomatoes and mushrooms.
