Caribbean style oxtail casserole dishOxtail Casserole Recipe Ingredients

  • 1-2 oxtails
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp chilies
  • 1 cup grated parmeason cheese

How to Make Oxtail Casserole:

  1. Cook oxtail in pressure cooker for about 25 minutes in about 3 cups water and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Drain oxtail and set aside.
  2. In casserole, combine onion, melted butter, garlic, bay leaf, chilies and white wine.
  3. Add oxtail (cut into pieces), salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 325F.
