Oxtail Casserole Recipe Ingredients
- 1-2 oxtails
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp chilies
- 1 cup grated parmeason cheese
How to Make Oxtail Casserole:
- Cook oxtail in pressure cooker for about 25 minutes in about 3 cups water and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Drain oxtail and set aside.
- In casserole, combine onion, melted butter, garlic, bay leaf, chilies and white wine.
- Add oxtail (cut into pieces), salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 325F.
