Seafood in Butter Sauce Recipe Ingredients
- 1 lb lobster or shrimp meat
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dessert spoon cognac
How to Make Seafood in Butter Sauce:
- Put seafood pieces into a bowl. Mix in lemon juice and crushed garlice. Add Salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Allow to stand for one hour refrigrated.
- Then melt butter in pan over heat and add flour. Then add tomato and onions and stir for about one minute. Add seafood (seasoned) and marinade and stir well.
- Add cognac. Allow to simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately with green salad and french rolls.
