Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocadoes
- 1 lb fish or chicken
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 onion chopped
- 1½ tbsp sweet pepper
- 2 tbsp celery
Method
Wash and dry avocadoes. Cut in halves.
Prepare chicken or fish salad by removing bones flaking
Add remaining ingredients and fill avocado halves. Serve as appetizer
