Iâ€™ve to be honest about this recipe. Until a few days ago this was the first time Iâ€™ve ever heard of this Carrot Ginger Beer recipe. Well not in Dominica at least; what I know off is Ginger Beer. So, I went ahead and get the recipe a try â€“ here are my thoughts: delicious, every tasty, but depending on the amount of ginger you mix in â€“ your mouth will be literally on fire. So be carefully and enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups carrot Juice
2 1/4 cups water
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup liquidized ginger
1/4 cup lime juice

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a jug and mix well.

Cook Notes:
To liquidize ginger: blend 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon ginger root for 1 minute.

Serving Suggestions: Serve over cracked ice. Decorate with lime slices. Serves/Yields: 6
