I simply adore this papaya and Avocado salad recipe. Avocado and papaya has this wonderful creamy texture, that’s not too sweet but not at all bitter. This salad can be eaten as a light snack or used as a side salad to your favorite dishes. The colors are beautiful and the flavors are simple; that’s what makes this recipe great. Ingredients:
- 2 avocados, peeled, halved and pitted
- 2 papayas, peeled, halved and seeded
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (good quality)
Method: |
Slice the avocado lengthwise into ½ inch slices. Slice the papaya width-wise into ½ inch slices. Arrange slices overlapping and alternating on a platter.
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Spoon the dressing over the avocado and papaya and serve immediately. Serves: 1 |

My favorite kind of Salad is none other Potato Salad. it really taste yummy.
whenever my sister makes potato salad, i always eat them in less than a minute or so he he. i just love all sorts of salad.
Potato salad and fruit salad are two of my favorite salads. I also like the tangy taste of chicken salad.
I eat every kind of salad, but my favorite is of course fruit salad and chicken salad.
