Ham Stuffing Recipe: I’ve never tasted any Ham Stuffing that has come close to as good as grand-mom’s. Classic Caribbean style ham stuffing recipe made with breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, garlic, and ham.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 lb. chopped ham
- 2 ozs. Margarine
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1/2cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons water (if required)
How to Make Ham Stuffing:
Melt margarine in fry pan over heat. Add onions, garlic, spices and sauté gently. Add ham, cook for two minutes and then add breadcrumbs. Add a little water at a time to make mixture moist, but not too soft. Cook for another two minutes. Remove from heat, cool and stuff bird.
