Beef and Cabbage Recipe: Delicious pan-fried beef flank seasoned with pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, crushed garlic, and mixed with stir-fried cabbage.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb cabbage
- 1/2 flank steak
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
How to Make Beef and Cabbage:
Cut beef flank into thin pieces and season in a bowl by adding salt, pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, and crushed garlic. Allow to stand for about one hour. In a frying pan over high heat, heat half the oil and add cabbage and celery and fry for 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and set aside. Then add balance of oil and when very, fry beef until brown. Then add cabbage to meat, stir for one minute and server very hot.
