Avocado Shake Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 pint (560 ml) milk
- 1 oz (28 g) sugar
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
How to Make a Avocado Shake:
- Halve the avocado, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh.Puree or crush and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add the milk, sugar, vanilla essence and nutmeg. Stir until the mixture is smooth then whisk for a few minutes. Pour into a jug and chill before serving.
