Boil breadfruit in salted water. Mash while still hot. Heat milk and margarine. Add salt and pepper. Beat into crushed breadfruit to a creamy consistency. Line a greased pie dish with half of the mixture. Pour peas and carrots into a line dish. Sprinkle salt. Cover with breadcrumbs. Bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
Cut the plantain and cut them in one inch pieces (cylinder). Mix all ingredients to make batter (thick enough). Dry plantain with a napkin and coat with batter mixture. Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
